Bar Battles Eindhoven
This year there will be the third edition of Bar Battles Eindhoven. This is a Calisthenics and Street Workout competition for beginners and experts. The competition contains the elements of freestyle, 100 seconds strict-form pull ups, push ups and dips, weighted pull ups, dips and muscle-ups and maximum holds human flag, straddle planchet, front lever, back lever and handstand. The battles will be held on a mobile competition setup. There are very nice prizes for the winners and all competitors will receive a nice goodiebag.
The battles are spread over two days:
On Saturday we have the freestyle beginners and expert battles combined with the 100 sec strict-form battles later that day.

- Max. 20KG weighted pull-ups +80KG*
- Max. 32KG weighted dips -80KG*

- Max. 10KG weighted muscle ups -80KG*
- Max. 10KG weighted muscle ups +80KG*
*Weighted categories +80KG and -80KG will be combined when there are less than 5 participants per category.
Calisthenics means, in essence, body-weight training. Calisthenics exercises are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance. The stronger you get, the more creative you can be with your exercises or the more repetitions you can do in a shorter time frame.
